Elaine is dedicated to helping people improve their health and wellbeing with the power of reflexology. In 2022 Elaine achieved her qualification awarded by Agored Cymru, Level 5 Diploma in Practitioner Reflexology (Clinical Reflexologist). Reflexology is a natural complementary therapy that applies pressure and massage techniques to points on the feet, face or hands. It is believed these areas correspond to the organs, glands, muscles, and bones within the body. Treatments aim to promote relaxation, reduce stress and tension, aid sleep and contribute to the overall wellbeing of the client.
